Lucky you! You belong to the very select, and special group of startups that can incorporate at Incubase. A privilege we reserve for few. How to do this is stipulated below, but be wary that this process might take a while. Your patience will be rewarded.

INCORPORATE AT INCUBASE

When following the Chamber of Commerce sign-up process, the question is asked where your company is located. We now offer the possibility of incorporating your company at Incubase through the following steps.

 

STEP 1

Start the Chamber of Commerce sign-up process.

 

STEP 2

Fill out this form and send it to r.klumpert@utwente.nl. Briefly explain that you are a new start-up in the Novel-T ecosystem and that you want to incorporate your business at Incubase.

 

STEP 3

When filling out form 9, “Registration of establishment of a company”, be sure to accompany the previously drafted file after it has been signed by the CFM.

 

STEP 4

Receive the final confirmation of the Chamber of Commerce, check your post box!
