Get access to Incubase (almost) full time

OPTION 1: for UT students and employees

Prerequisites: you should have a UT pass either because you are a UT student or an employee. This pass should be the most recent edition, older cards will be declined access.

STEP 1

Click on the link below.  Then go to the UT website and click (see Figure 1) on the SESAM link. This link only works if you use the EDURAM wifi network.

STEP 2

Click on the ‘REQUEST NEW ACCES’ button.

STEP 3

Under the first scroll button ‘building’, select the building ‘Bastille’.

STEP 4

Under the second scroll button ‘organization’, select ‘SU’. Then click (see green mark) on the blue letters SU at the entry profile Incubase (Monday – Friday 08:00 to 23:00). This option also grants access during the weekend.

STEP 5

For the ‘date from’, enter the date you submit the application. Fill in the same date 1 year later at the ‘ date until’.

For ‘reason for access’, enter the same description as in the image.

OPTION 2: for others

Currently, it’s not possible for non-UT people to gain access to Incubase with the pass system. Luckily, Incubase is opened almost every day and practically 24/7. For short-term solutions, please reach out to Rens Dommerholt.
